A Praça

In Vooum (1999) and No fly Zone (2000), the performer was a traveller who generated the landscape. He moved in a continuum through a space made up of images of the outside world and journeys (Vooum), or in a closed, artificial place (No Fly Zone). In this new project he continues to move in his own way, unlike the people in the square [the praça of the title]. Crossing a square is not like crossing a road, where you are alert. When you cross a square you just wander, as an extension of the square.
